White Light Music LLC is a dynamic multifaceted music and entertainment company headquartered in New York at the center of The Arts and Entertainment industry. Zoom Management is led by an experienced management team that provides expert, insightful advice, council, guidance and direction to artists on all matters pertaining to their careers. Artist management services are offered primarily to major and independent label recording artists, record producers, accomplished songwriters and composers. Unsigned recording artists with exceptional talents, who have finished master quality recordings or polished demos, may also be considered if they possess the right personality, discipline, determination and dedication necessary to sustain a successful career.
Zoom Management maintains an artist-friendly and relaxed atmosphere, as business is conducted in a serious, professional manner, which strives to create and capitalize on the right opportunities for all its artists. Zoom Management also consults with recording artists, independent record labels, artist management, record producers etc. concerning all entertainment industry related matters on an as needed basis. Co-management services are also offered to other management companies through its joint venture management program.
Overnight Hit Songs (BMI) & White Light Songs (ASCAP) promote songs from its varied catalog of musical styles that includes: Hip-Hop, Pop, Rock, Dance, Alternative, New Age, Jazz, Country, Rock and Gospel to:
1. Major and independent record labels
2. Recording artists

4. Motion picture companies
5. Producers of radio and television commercials
6. Music supervisors for television and film
White Light Music (Record Label) maintains its own New York based, state-of-the-art digital recording facility and affiliates with master recording studios throughout the United States. Its primary function is to release in-house recording projects.

Mark Goldstein (Managing Partner) – An established music industry consultant who directs and implements all marketing and promotions for the company. Consulting clients include: Mims, "Music Is My Savior" featuring the singles, “This is Why I'm Hot” and “Like This”, "Guilt" featuring the single, “Move”, (Capitol Records); Producer Charles Wallert / Bluewater Recordings, (Cuba Gooding) (George Benson).
Robert G. Ploska (Managing Partner) - A world-class composer/producer who lends guidance and insight to the development and success of our artists, album credits include: "Thundering Skies", Madacy Entertainment Group and "The Dropas, Breaking Down The Walls" Perikles Publishing. As a high-end audio consultant, he advises and assists industry-recording studios, major recording groups/artists, and accredited audio engineers in the selection and procurement of high-end audio and sound reinforcement equipment. His additional responsibilities include securing artist endorsements, utilizing his relationships with musical instrument and equipment manufacturers.
Ray Brown (Managing Partner) - An accomplished road manager/music director, who has handled the road and band business affairs for such artists as Ronnie Dyson, Stacey Lattisaw and Johnny Gill. He also was a member of the major label hit recording groups Ecstasy, Passion and Pain, and the Jimmy Castor Bunch. His many years of experience in artist management, includes working on the management team for the Spinners, (Buddy Allen Management).
